In this case, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "i. For issuance of appropriate writ/writs/

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1435 of 2023(2) dt.23-06-2025 2/2 direction/directions/order/orders for directing the respondents 1st set for proper investigation of Kadirganj P.S. Case No.68 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023 instituted under sections 341, 448, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

(ii) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs/ direction/directions/order/orders for commanding the respondent 1st set for arresting the respondent 2nd set who are moving freely whereas the case is non cognizance offence has already been instituted but neither the S.H.O. nor the investigating officer is taking any steps for the arrest of respondent 2nd set."

This writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna for the reliefs prayed for in this writ petition. If the Senior Superintendent of Police finds substance in the representation of the petitioner then he may proceed in accordance with law.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
