The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No.11 of 2018 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 30(a), 38(1), 38(2) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of 6 bottles, each containing 750 ml. Indian Made Foreign Liquor, and 20 bottles, each containing 375 ml. Indian Made Foreign Liquor, kept in a cartoon, from the motorcycle, which was being driven by this petitioner Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Samastipur, in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No.11 of 2018.
