Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No.257 of 2017, registered under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dancer died due to electric shock but the generator was not of the petitioner. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Harendra Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Shikarpur P.S.
