JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Forbesganj PS Case No. 773 of 2017 registered under Section 394 of the IPC. Submission is that there is no other material against the petitioner except disclosure of his name by co-accused in his confessional statement and this petitioner has no criminal antecedent except one case under Section 302 IPC. The petitioner has not been put on TIP and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Jumman @ Habib @ Sajumman Akhabib is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Araria in connection with Forbesganj PS Case No. 773 of 2017.
