2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 329, 324, 504 and 379 registered in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 397 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated owing to enmity between the parties. No serious injuries have resulted from assault alleged against the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above
