Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.5191 of 2019 arising out of P.R. P.S. Case No.108 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a), 41(1) & 41(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018, pending in the Court of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna.

It is alleged that total 991.44 litres foreign liquor was recovered from the Truck and Pickup Van.

Petitioner is driver of Truck. He was arrested on spot. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
