2. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 599 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354(B), 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code later on 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is female and there is general and omnibus allegation of assault.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54903 of 2024(2) dt.31-08-2024 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 599 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
