JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that stolen motorcycle was handed over to him for sale.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 21.5.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of evidence against the petitioner. Petitioner has been named in the F.I.R. on the confession of co-accused. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from the possession of the petitioner. Other co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. no. 43320 of 2015 and Cr Misc. no. 32787 of 2015.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
