The petitioner has been in custody since 21.08.2017 in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 236/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not made from his conscious possession, but a seizure list which appeared to have been previously drafted was placed before the petitioner and since then he is languishing in jail.

Considering the nature of allegations, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
