This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 363, 366A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Having regard to the statement of the victim under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2015 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The court below is directed that trial be expedited.
