Petitioner is the husband. Deceased is his wife who was murdered while she was staying at her Sasural. Marriage took place ten years ago. The deceased had begotten three children. As per postmortem report, the death happens to be on account of asphyxia due to throttling, external force having so used over the deceased. No proper explanation has been there for throttling. Prayer for bail is rejected.
