Mr. Smt. Reena Sinha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with Jamalpur P. S. Case No. 131 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant in his FIR has alleged that on 14.6.2017 when he woke up at 4 o'clock in the morning he saw all his household articles were lying scattered. Two mobile phones, Rs.21,000/- in cash, gold chain, important documents and valuable clothes were stolen by unknown thieves. He filed a written complaint on 15.8.2017 on the basis of which present FIR has been registered.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14035 of 2018(3) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 His name has surfaced in this case on the basis of confession of one Chhotu Kumar and except that confession there is no incriminating material against petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 3.11.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Jamalpur P. S. Case No. 131of 2017.
