The petitioner raises grievance against initiation of disciplinary action against him as well as orders directing institution of F.I.R.

It is stated by Mr. Anuj Kumar A.C. to G.P.24 that the F.I.R. has since been instituted and departmental proceeding has also been initiated.

In the circumstances, the relief so prayed has been rendered infructuous. The petitioner if so aggrieved by the final order

Patna High Court CWJC No.1514 of 2012 (3) dt.26-09-2016 2/2 passed in the departmental proceeding or against institution of F.I.R. he can take recourse to such other appropriate remedy as is available to him in law.

The writ petition is disposed of.
