JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-05-2017 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for offences punishable under Section 436 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation, as per F.I.R., against the petitioners is that they along with other accused persons entered into the house of the informant and set the house on fire with an intention to kill the whole family.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19315 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 police after investigation has submitted final form against the petitioners.

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant. They have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. Having heard both sides, in view of the fact that final form has been submitted against the petitioners, let above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-five thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Complaint Case no. 1603 ( C ) of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and also subject to the conditions that (1) bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
