The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 133 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 370 of the Indian Penal Code Informant is the father of victim, who in h is written complaint has stated that his son namely, Hemant Paswan, aged about 15 years on 29.07.2016 at about 6:00 PM had gone to Flour Mill for grinding of wheat and thereafter did not return and he was informed by some persons that he saw his son going towards east and after search he could not be traced and as such the present complaint was filed. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14143 of 2018(3) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 sometime came back to his house and he disclosed the name of petitioner. Petitioner had taken him and handed over to one person where he was employed as a Khalasi. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case and he is in custody since 18.09.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati (Gaya), in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 133 of 2016.
