Petitioner is father-in-law of deceased, Ranju Devi whose marriage was solemnized more than ten years ago out of which she has begotten three children. The doctor had found the burn injury to be postmortem in nature and that being so cause of death could not be ascertained whereupon viscera was preserved and sent of chemical examination.

Moreover, there happens to be absence of any sort of specific allegation against petitioner who is under custody since 19.09.2015.

Accordingly, petitioner Lakhan Yadav @ Lakhan Prasad is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, 3rd, Nawadah in connection with Narhat PS Case No. 100/2015, G.R. No. 2191/2015.
