Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 364 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of abduction and murder is against unknown. The name of the petitioners surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Ashutosh Jha @ Sonu Kumar. Thereafter they were arrested and their confessional statement was also recorded by the police. Co-accused Kare Pandit @ Suresh Kumar Pandit, from whose possession the auto rickshaw of the deceased was recovered, has already been allowed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8817 of 2018 (2) dt.15-02-2018 2/2 bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58898 of 2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with K. Hat Police Station Case No. 533 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
