This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Nagar P.S. Case No.124 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Two persons are said to have killed the deceased. During investigation, co-accused Golu @ Golden Kumar has been arrested. As per self-inculpatory of Golu @ Golden Kumar the petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2023. 4.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52853 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No.124 of 2022.
