2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 173 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 6 and 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she was in a relationship with the petitioner and she had eloped with him. The petitioner is in jail since 29.03.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58402 of 2024(3) dt.26-10-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO)-cum-7th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur/concerned Court in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 173 of 2024.
