The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 160 of 2013 registered under Section 307 and other allied Sections of Indian Penal Code as well as 27 of the Arms Act.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner who has assaulted the victim by lathi and danda. However, there is specific allegation against Anugrah Manjhi and Bholi Manji who have fired upon Pramod Manjhi and Vijay Manjhi. The motive of occurrence is that illicit relation between wife of Bholi Manji with Pramod Manjhi. However, no allegation of firing against this petitioner in the First Information Report. However, from perusal of impugned order it appears that in the latter stage the role attributed to the petitioner of firing.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51573 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Reshma Verma, Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Harnaut P.S.Case No. 160 of 2013. m.p.
