The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.552 of 2017, a case under Sections 399/402/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. A country-made loaded pistol along with two live cartridges was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2017 having no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, if the trial is not concluded, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8295 of 2018 (2) dt.12-02-2018 P2/ Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
