JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 14-02-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Takari (Panchanpur O.P.) P.S. Case No.294 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 is the mother-in-law, the petitioner no.2 is the father-in-law and the petitioner no.3 is the brother-in-law of the deceased. Having considered the contents and taking into consideration that the petitioners have not got no documentary proof to show that the deceased was treated in the hospital, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The same is accordingly dismissed.
