2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 136 of 2025 dated 30.03.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(1), 340(2) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant owns a Bolero vehicle bearing Registration Number BR24P2685, Chassis Number MA1PS2GAKA5B64204 and Engine Number GAA4A28080. On 28.03.2025, while the informant was at Turkauliya market, he came to know that another vehicle with the same number was seen at Batrauliya Police Station,

The informant then started inquiring and found out that his vehicle's registration number, engine number and chassis number had been duplicated by Mustak Khan and Manir Ansari, along with others and illegally affixed on a stolen vehicle for use.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with
