There is omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he along with other F.I.R. named accused made firing but it is admitted case of the prosecution that firing of co-accused Lallu Singh hit the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri A.K. Rai, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class-cum-Additional Munsif-
