2. Lastly, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 06.04.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 68717/2021.

3. The trial court report reveals that in this case, charge has been framed on 13.06.2022 and till date, four prosecution witnesses have already been examined and case is pending for evidence of informant and investigating officer.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2018, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
