Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The main assailant is co-accused Raja Singh. No overt act is alleged against the petitioner in the FIR. Having almost identical allegation co-accused Ravi Shankar @ Ravi Shankar Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59277 of 2017 (Annexure-2). Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
