ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No.33 of 2019 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that so far as the allegations are concerned, there is no specific allegation, but in the case of Fule Chaudhary (petitioner no.2), there is an allegation against the said petitioner of having attacked with Farsa. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the alleged occurrence has been occasioned on account of petty dispute regarding grazing of grass by goat and that the petitioners, except petitioner no.1, are having one criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Pandaul P.S.
