This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Mashrakh Police Station Case No. 536 of 2020, disclosing offences under Sections 30(a), 38, 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Considering the report of the local police, it has reported that the recovery has been made from the joint property of the petitioner and that is not the exclusive property of the petitioner. It is also submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
