The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.case No.212 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per FIR, the informant had seen the son going along with the petitioner, he made a call to his son and he said that he is coming and thereafter he came to know that he has been shot dead.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the suspicion, there is nothing against him and there is no eye witness of the occurrence. He is in custody since 2.3.2019. Charge has already been framed and he is ready to co-

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.Case No.212 of 2019 with condition to co-operate in disposal of the trial and appear as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
