The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S.Case no. 194/2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 384 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleges that he is a Munshi of a contractor- Prabhat Kumar Singh. The petitioner and others accused persons surrounded him and snatched Rs.50,000/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in last line of the FIR it would appear that the allegation of demand of extortion is added later on to make the case graver .The petitioner is labourer and on account of demand of wages this case has been lodged.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of anticipatory bail.

Considering the fact aforesaid, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below, within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya, in Wazirganj P.S.Case No. 194 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
