130 litres country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the hut of the petitioner for which petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 19.8.2015.

There is no criminal antecedent of the petitioner which is evident from para 3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in Katihar Town P.S. Case no. 501/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
