Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

A pistol and live cartridges were allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got a long list of criminal cases against him registered under the same police station.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail for the present in connection with Danapur P.S.Case No.423 of 2020 pending in the court of learned ACJM-1st, Danapur, Patna. Hence, prayer is refused.

Learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. If the trial would not conclude within nine months, the
