Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bahadurpur (Fekla O.P.) P.S. Case No. 591 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is an ailing woman suffering from serious heart disease and she is living with pace maker. She is under constant treatment of doctor as would be evident from the documents enclosed as Annexure-4. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

P.S. Case No. 591 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
