1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 238 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case was taken up on 25.10.2024 and a report was called for from the learned Trial Court with regard to the stage of the case.

4. In compliance of the order dated 25.10.2024, a report has been received vide Letter No. 217 dated 29.10.2024 issued by the learned Sessions Judge, Khagaria wherein it has been recorded that from perusal of the record it appears that the

The trial proceeding in the case is over and the case is pending for arguments of parties. The defence is not appearing in the case to present the arguments. The next date fixed is 30.10.2024, if the defence co-operates, the Court will pass the judgment in the case by the end of the year itself.

5. In view of the report of the learned Sessions Judge, Khagaria contained in Letter No. 217 dated 29.10.2024, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

6. Accordingly, the instant regular bail application is rejected.
