2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have assaulted the victims.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case due to village dispute. The petitioners are in jail since 07.03.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024.
