====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the F.I.R., petitioner has assaulted the informant, Gulabi Devi with Danda, but there is no injury report in the record.

Case and counter case.

Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50144 of 2022(2) dt.15-12-2022 2/2 arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan, in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 274 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
