This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail in a case under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the wife of the informant and he alleged that his wife fled away with the ornament and cash. Having regard to the nature of allegation, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S.
