The petitioner is in custody in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 56 of 2017, a case under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant suspected that the family members of her husband, named in the F.I.R, have committed the murder of her husband. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. During investigation only suspicion was raised against the petitioner. Some other co-accused Guddu Yadav has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6671 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 P2/ Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
