Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Rupaspur P.S. case No. 267 of 2019, disclosing offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner's application for regular bail was earlier rejected by an order dated 30.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16095 of 2020. It is the prosecution's case that four unknown criminals had looted a jewellery shop at the point of pistol and had taken away all golden jewelleries kept at the counter in the broad day light at 2.45 P.M. Noticing the fact that on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused which gave

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6370 of 2021(6) dt.23-06-2021 2/2 vivid description of the manner of the commission of the crime, leading to recovery of looted articles and the petitioner's involvement in the said crime, the petitioner's prayer for bail was earlier rejected.

I do not find it to be a fit case for reconsideration of the petitioner's prayer for bail, which was earlier rejected considering the gravity of offence and nature of accusation. This application is, accordingly, rejected.

The Court expects that the Court below shall taken necessary steps to expedite conclusion of trial. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) arun/- U
