2. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Penal Code. His name has appeared in the supervision note of S.D.P.O. in Paragraph 32 of the case diary and on that basis he is being implicated in the present case but counsel submits that suspicion raised against the petitioner is on such material which is so weak that he should be admitted to the privilege of bail.

3. Let petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the Court below and apply for regular bail, which should be considered in accordance with law. If the court below is satisfied that name of the petitioner has appeared in the supervision note of the S.D.P.O. only on the basis
