The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/353/414/504/506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 11(I)(a), 11(I)(d) and 11(I)(k) of Prevention of Cruelty of Animal Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though he was not arrested from the place of occurrence only because he is dairy owner and the Police are trying to put pressure on him to meet their illegal demand of gratification, the present case has been lodged against him, naming him, as the person who was responsible for the marketing of animals.

No.4189 of 2016 (2) dt.25-02-2016 P2/2 Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Sahodara P.S. Case No. 56 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
