Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 200 of 2016 registered under Sections 47 of Bihar (Amendment) Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case on suspicion. The name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement of co-accused. The seizure list itself shows that the recovery has not been made from the possession of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or

No.14206 of 2017 (2) dt.17-04-2017 2/2 surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case 200 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
