The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 36 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 379, 414, 467, 468, 471, 401, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per prosecution case, during checking of vehicle co-accused persons apprehended with theft car, many ATM cards of different banks and mobiles etc. for committing fraud with bank customers and withdrawing money by using those ATM cards and they have many associates involved in this

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery made from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and his name came into confessional statement of co-accused Raju Kumar who has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 27470 of 2017 vide order dated 27.07.2017. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.07.2022.
Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail for the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IV, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 36 of 2017.
