The petitioners are in custody in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.172 of 2017, a case under Sections 328/304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are parents of the husband of the victim. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. The husband is already in custody. The husband has stated before the police that he had bought the poison and handed over to his wife to take it for the reason that both were always quarreling for family dispute. Considering the aforesaid material, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9341 of 2018 (3) dt.27-03-2018 P2/ bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Konch Police Station Case No. 172 of 2017, with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
