The petitioner, namely, Deepak Kumar, is in custody in Karpi P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015 under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal.

According to the prosecution case, six accused persons including this petitioner handed over forged documents to the informant and tool Rs.20,000/- for providing job to the wife of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that except the statement, there is nothing on record to show that they have taken money and that there is omnibus allegation against the petitioner and also the informant has not stated anywhere as to when, why and to whom, he handed over Rs.20,000/-.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55640 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 Considering the aforesaid fact and the allegation in the F.I.R. and also the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2015, I direct the petitioner, named above, to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015.
