It is jointly submitted at the Bar that these cases are covered by the decision of a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated 17.01.2017 passed in CWJC No. 17904 of 2016 and other analogous matters and, as such, these writ petitions may also be disposed of in terms thereof.
It is noticed that the Memo No. 642 dated 28.09.2016 issued by the Regional Deputy Director of Education Munger Division, Munger impugned at Annexure-7 to C.W.J.C. No. 20167 of 2016 was also set aside in the aforesaid order. The petitioners are also covered by the same memo, as contained in Annexure-5 to the I.A. No. 8421 of 2016 filed in CWJC No.
Patna High Court CWJC No.16801 of 2016 dt.01-03-2017 16801 of 2016 and Annexure-8 to the I.A. No. 8420 of 2016 filed in C.W.J.C. No. 16821 of 2016, as such, they are also set aside so far they concern the petitioners.
Accordingly, these writ petitions also stand disposed of in terms thereof. I.A. Nos. 8420 of 2016 and 8421 of 2016 stands disposed of.
