Petitioner is in custody in connection with case no. C2/396/19 for the offence under section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the instant case total 27.00 liters of Nepali wine has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.6.2019.
