2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code were added.

3 . As per prosecution case , all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner are alleged to have abducted the son of the informant and his neighbour namely Niraj Kumar and Govind Kumar respectively. It is further alleged that one of the co-accused Ashok Mandal was arrested and he confessed that he alongwith other FIR named accused, including petitioner, have committed the murder of both

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51436 of 2024(4) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 abducted persons and threw their dead-bodies in the Ganga river. Later on, dead-body of Niraj Kumar (son of informant) was recovered from the bank of Ganga river, but the dead-body of Govind Kumar is still traceless. During course of investigation , Aadhar Card of both the missing persons were found from the house of this petitioner.

4. Considering the serious nature of accusation and other circumstances of the case , the prayer for regular bail of petitioner is rejected.
