Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown.

Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 02.11.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete. However, the petitioner was never put on TI Parade nor anything has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Gaurav Kumar who has already been allowed bail vide order dated 17.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5935 of 2018 (Annexure-2).

No.17538 of 2018 (2) dt.30-03-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ariyari Police Station Case No. 130 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
