2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 76 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with a hard blunt substance.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR nor there is any eye witness to the alleged occurrence. The petitioner is in jail since 19.05.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52452 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Siwan/concerned Court in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 76 of 2024.
